Aims and objectives
Our aims and objective are:
- To support the educational philosophy and curriculum of the school.
- To provide a wide and varied range of resources appropriate to the curricular and recreational needs of the students.
- To organise resources to provide optimum access.
- To develop an environment conducive to learning.
Borrowing for students
Fiction may be borrowed for two weeks and non-fiction for one week. Reference material may be borrowed on an overnight basis. Student borrowing depends on them presenting a current ID card.
The Senior Campus Resource Centre is also the venue for the Chess Club. A strong chess culture has developed in our senior campus and many students avail themselves of the opportunities to play chess, participate in informal coaching and also to compete in intraschool and interschool competitions.
