We
frequently promote positive behaviour across the school and to create
safe and supportive learning environments.
This is done by a combination of
- In class praise /
encouragement,
- Celebrations at assemblies,
- Year level
challenges,
- End of term
or semester rewards days.
The Leadership Team at the College strives to find
a balanced and fair model and is constantly reviewing how this process is working.
Junior CampusThere are 3 levels for the end-of-term rewards
day/sessions. These points are based on the Monkey Ladder point system
for weeks 1-8.
- Bronze: 30-70 points
- Silver: 71 - 110 points
- Gold: 111-150 points
Montessori and
High Capacity programs have their own internal reward system to correspond.

This term, the
rewards include:
- Bronze - Ice
Block

be directed to the classroom teacher in the first instance, as it is based on
classroom behaviour.
Senior Campus Rewards Days

receive a PB Certificate both terms in a semester and maintain 95% attendance
for the semester are eligible to participate in the PB Rewards Day.
